Jin-weon Seo, also known as the Three of Spades, is a member of the Korean People's Army Elite Special Forces during Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.

In-game
Jin-weon Seo is protected by a dense blanket of anti-air vehicles, both cannon shell firing ZSU-57s and guided missile SA-8s, along with a (grounded) Mi-35 Gunship, several (grounded) MD-500 Scouts and several NK Elites. A North Korean occupied S. Korean K200 Surveillance SNS radar jammer vehicle is borderline within range of the number card.
Seo, as well as the other Spades, can be found in the Northern Province of North Korea, after the Ace of Hearts contract has been completed.
Her exact location is north of the NK Village and south of the Chemical Complex, but west of the road joining the two locations. She is on top of a hill with an attack helicopter and heavy artillery, with SAMs on the surrounding mountains all around. Her location can only be reached by flying an NK helicopter in disguise and landing there, otherwise you run the risk of being shot down. The player will be forced to either kill her or carry her incapacitated on foot. The Six of Spades is also nearby to the north-east, just over the hill from Seo.

She used to be in the North Korean Olympic program. Chinese operatives spotted her just south of the Chemical Plant. Lots of mountainous terrain there for someone with special forces training to hide in."
