Capi (plural of Capo) fill in the "officer" role of the Russian Mafia in Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction. Although they are the most highly ranked Mafia field members, they are the least common that are seen and quite weak and ineffective compared to other Mafia units.
Overview[]
Capo are the Russian Mafia officers, they can see through your disguise and usually command other Mafia thugs and enforcers. They wear long, dark grey trench coats and grey pants, along with grey beanies, sunglasses and always have an unshaven brown beard. They are almost always carrying a shotgun, which is not very effective, however wherever there is a Capo, there are always either thugs or enforcers or both hanging around too.
They are also quite rare and can only be found in a few places, the easiest place to find one being the Mafia HQ, standing right next the "Chop shop" where you can "trade" vehicles and he is probably the one that pays you, due to all Capi holding a bundle of cash on them. Another Capo can be seen leading a moderately-sized group of thugs and enforcers near the North Korean Yongbyon plants, these Russians have set up a defensive perimeter and are armed with Type 85 Sub-Machine Guns, RPGs and Light Machine Guns, and even emplaced weapons.

- When killed they will drop $5,000 in a bundle of cash which can be picked up by the merc.
- In the Northern Province, the Capo assigned next to the chop-shop is the only one that isn't an "officer", therefore he cannot see through your disguise.
