The Guardian Jammer is an Allied Nations eight-wheeled armored jamming vehicle that is featured in Mercenaries 2: World in Flames.

This unarmed variant has a large antenna that disrupts non-Allied Nations communications and designators (it will disrupt Universal Petroleum's communications, this can be noticed in 'The Price of Gas' contract near the UP HQ). This vehicle does not have much to offer as its light armor and lack of armament almost make it a free kill. As it has type 2 armor, it is vulnerable to .50 caliber and minigun rounds, but especially vulnerable to rockets and anti-tank weapons.

It is the AN's counterpart to the Chinese Iron Dove Jammer except that the Guardian is less armored and has wheels.

This vehicle can be purchased from the Allied Nations shop and can be found in the game, but it is very rare.

Since the vehicle has no weapons, the only way to kill someone would be to run over them. It is relatively weak and will literally be a sitting duck. The rear is a weak point, when a 25mm hits the rear it will make large sparks and cause extra damage. For the sake of efficiency, never take this vehicle to combat unless playing on co-op or when expecting either no resistance or enemy infantry with small-arms.

Real lifeEdit

It is based on a modified and unarmed M1130 Command Vehicle.
