Major Park is a ROKA commander featured in Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.
Overview[]
Major Park is the official leader of the ROKA forces stationed in North Korea. Unofficially, he is Agent Buford's second in command, more of a figurehead than anything.
Park serves as a distraction for the CIA who want their covert ops in North Korea to remain just that - "covert". If the press ever asked for a statement or comment, Major Park would be the one to deliver it. It's possible that once the Song Initiative had ended, he assumed full control.
