A WMD blueprint

Blueprints are a collectible bounty featured in Mercenaries: Playground of Destruction.

Overview

Before and after seizing power, General Song's regime began working on many weapons of mass destruction-related projects in an attempt to solidify his power and prevent retaliation. After the Allied intervention, many of these WMD blueprints have been scattered throughout North Korea, and South Korea, the Allies, and even GSRN are interested in finding them.

There are 110 blueprints located throughout North Korea, across the Southern and Northern Provinces. Finding one will improve your standing with the South Koreans, and provide a $3,000 cash bonus. They appear as small, white cases with a radioactive WMD icon on the side.

List of Blueprints

Below is a list of all blueprints and where to find them:

Southern Province

• Aluminum Tubes - Pyongyang Airport, to the right of the Chinese HQ behind a grey container.
• Buried Centrifuge - Pyongyang Airport, on the west side of the eastern hangar, near some large, green shipping containers
• Speed Hack - Pyongyang Airport, near the entrance, inside the parking lot next to an MG turret.
• Airborne Hemorrhagic - Along the road heading from the Airport to North Pyongyang. It is on the right side of the road next to a fence and some wooden crates.
• Aimbot - Northwest of the Allied MASH, across the river, there will be a small NK outpost. The blueprint is in front of the barracks.
• 128-bit Codebreaker - A short distance east of the previous blueprint there will be a large underground bunker. The blueprint is in front of the bunker.
• Magnets - On the road leading from North Pyongyang to the Airport, it will be on the right side of the road, south of the lake, and next to a large, burning crater.
• Warhead Canisters - North Pyongyang, in the northwest section of the city (where the Chinese officer in 'Gimme My Money' is located), next to the larger building.
• Retroviral Compound - North Pyongyang, in the northern part of the city, on the east side of the Ice Rink under a walkway.
• Acid-Filled Paintball Design - East Pyongyang, behind the Mafia HQ.
• DOD Password List - East Pyongyang, on the south side of the warehouse featured in 'Foothold'.
• ICBM Specs - East Pyongyang, inside the warehouse from 'Foothold', along the elevated platform on the side. You will need to use either a crate or vehicle as a stepping stone to reach it.
• Solid Fuel Formula - At the end of the long dirt road heading northeast from East Pyongyang. This is where the Five of Diamonds is located.
• Grain Blight Culture - Directly south of the previous blueprint, in front of a large underground bunker in an NK outpost.
• Nuclear Blowgun Specs - East Pyongyang, at the end of the dirt road heading southwest from the city. This is where the Six of Clubs is located.
• Fluoridated Water - Downtown Pyongyang, in front of the hospital entrance, where the Eight of Clubsis located.
• Software Key Generator - Along the road travelling from Sariwon to East Pyongyang. On the right side of the road there will be a small NK outpost. The blueprint is behind the watch tower.
• Container of Hypergolic Propellant - Sariwon, next to the platform at the train station.
• Container of Mono Propellant - Sariwon, in the southeast section of the city, behind a fence.
• Internal Guidance Specs - Sariwon, in the western part of the city, in the middle of a small garden between the tall buildings.
• British Missile Specs - Near the main entrance of Ichon, inside the airfield between two large fuel tanks.
• Cruise Missile Specs - East side of Ichon, next to the two missile launch pads behind a boulder.
• Canister of Plutonium - Northwest section of the Ichon airfield, between two large, green shipping containers. This blueprint may sometimes glitch into the ground. Run around and between the containers and you should eventually pick it up.
• Missile Launcher Specs - On the left side of the Ichon runway is an underground bunker. The blueprint is on the left side of this bunker.
• 1337 d1c710n4ry!1!!! - North of the Ichon runway and southeast of East Pyongyang, in a valley with an NK outpost. The blueprint is underneath a camouflage netting.
• UAV Specs - In front of The Black Gate, on the left side.
• Terrain Comparison Specs - Northeast of the Black Gate on the hill. It is next to one of the artillery pieces in 'Master of None'.
• Inertial Measurement Specs - Inside the NK Fortress, to the left of the helipad.
• VX Warhead Design - Along the western dirt road inside the NK Fortress, near one of the artillery pieces in 'Master of None'.
• Deeply Buried Targets List - NK Fortress, on the hill directly behind the main bunker.
• Cobalt-60 Infused Headphones - NK Fortress, next to the prototype supergun featured in 'Master of None'.
• Mobile WMD Lab - Southwest of the DMZ, in front of a building next to the 'Cargo Carrier' challenge.
• Spent Fuel Rods - Far southwest of the DMZ, near the collapsed railway bridge, where the Ten of Clubs is located.
• Uranium Supplier List - Along the road between the DMZ and Kaesong, behind the lone bunker that needs to be destroyed in 'Out of the Woodwork'.
• Bat-Guided Bomb Design - On the road leading from the DMZ to Kaesong, before the right hand bend, it is located behind two boulders on the right side of the road.
• Bulletproof Bandana Swatch - On the opposite side of the road from the last blueprint, behind a large boulder.
• Smallpox Genome - In a valley east of Kaesong and southwest of Ichon.
• Ebotox Virus - At the end of a dirt path northeast of Kaesong which overlooks the city.
• Pox Aerosol - Kaesong, inside a small, fenced-in area next to the SK HQ.
• Nuclear Weapons Specs - The three way intersection northeast of Haeju, near a large tree.
• Chemical Weapons Specs - Far east side of Haeju, inside the garden, next to the wooden fence.
• Biological Weapons Specs - On the east side of the Haeju train station, behind a tree next to the road.
• MIRV Schematic - Northeast of the Nine of Diamonds' location, inside an Nk outpost near the large bend in the dirt road.
• Thermobaric Grenade Design - Near the entrance to the area where the Ten of Diamonds is located.
• Rocket Engine - North of the previous blueprint, in between a group of large explosive barrels next to a helipad. Make sure not to detonate the barrels or the blueprint may be launched far away.
• Aerosol Delivery Specs - Inside the NK outpost featured in 'Escort Service.
• Missile Sales Data - Inside the NK Base featured in 'Playing the Odds', in the southeast corner.
• American Missile Specs - East section of Nampo, in the southeast next to the road.
• EMP Specs - East section of Nampo, in the northwest between two buildings.
• SRBM Specs - Southern coast of Nampo. Once the Chinese take over Nampo it will be found within the cargo ship.
• Yellow Cake Container - Southern coast of Nampo. Once the Chinese take over Nampo it will be found within the cargo ship.
• European Target List - West section of Nampo, in the middle bottom part of the city between two large, green shipping containers.
• IRBM Specs - West section of Nampo, on the east side next to the road.
• Asia Target List - West section of Nampo, on the west side of the city between the road and a building.
• Heavy Water Specs - West section of Nampo, in the center between a building and the road.
• Steel Centrifuge - West section of Nampo, in the northern part of the city, between the road and the building with the fuel depot.
• Depleted Uranium Shells - The northeast area of the port section of Nampo, between the wall and a building.
• MRBM Specs - At the end of the southern most pier in the port section of Nampo.
• USA Target List - North of Nampo's port is a railroad heading west towards the Eight of Diamonds. The blueprint is along this railroad.

Northern Province

• Images of Russian Nuclear Facilities - Dandong, in the northwest corner behind the 'L' shaped building.
• Images of American Nuclear facilities - Dandong, in the northeast area, between a building and small wall neat the cliff.
• Spray Tank - Dandong, on the western side of the lower level, behind the large building closest to the lighthouse.
• Advanced Nuclear Penetration Specs - Dandong, next to the tent in front of the parking lot.
• SnM2 Beta Software - Northeast of Dandong, where the Eight of Spades is located.
• Strategic Defense Specs - Inside the An aid camp at the most northern point of the Tenement Ruins.
• Vial of Smallpox - At the southwestern point of the Tenement Ruins, on top of the hill next to the large underground bunker. The Nine of Hearts is located here.
• Canister of Phosgene - South of Changsong Train Station, in the valley where the Five of Spades is located, hidden behind a boulder.
• Carbonite Block - East of Changsong Train Station and west of the Three of Spades' location, there is a large, winding valley filled with KPA forces and SAMs. On the western side of the valley, on the hill where three Mi-35s are located there will be a small underground bunker with an alarm tower next to it. The blueprint is underneath this alarm tower.
• Episode VII Screenplay - Southwest of the Chemical Complex, and directly north of the Three of Spades' location. It is between a large bunker and alarm tower.
• List of Nuclear Scientists - Chemical Complex, just north of the gate, next to the alarm tower.
• List of Chemical Scientists - Chemical Complex, just southwest of the main building, next to a fence.
• List of Biological Scientists - Chemical Complex, next to the southwest corner of the main building.
• Canister of Mustard Gas - Southeast of the Chemical Complex and northeast of the NK Village, next to a large underground bunker.
• Chemical Lab Site List - North-central area of NK Village, next to a house on the east side of the river.
• Biological Lab Site List - East side of NK Village, between the houses on the hill.
• Nuclear Test Data - Northeast of the Industrial Zone, in a valley next to a group of three tarps.
• Stacked Sabacc Deck - Directly south of the previous blueprint, next to a destroyed underground bunker.
• Vial of Ricin - East of the Industrial Zone, where the Seven of Hearts is located.
• Canister of Sarin - Far south of the Yongbyon Train station and north of the NK Garrison, in a valley, located on top of an underground bunker.
• Kessel Starchart - NK Garrison, far east side next to the main bunker.
• Pandemic Research Data - In the center of the NK Garrison, next to a tent.
• Container of Chemical Waste - NK Garrison, on the north side near the entrance, nestled within a group of crates and tents.
• Vial of Blackpox - West of Yongbyon, on top of a hill.
• Canister of Soman - Northeast of the Unsan Village, on top of the waterfall where the Four of Spades is located.
• Vial of Cholera - Unsan Village, in the southern part of the village, in front of a house.
• Images of European Government Buildings - Yongbyon Reprocessing Plant, on the western side next to a long building.
• Images of USA Government Buildings - Yongbyon Reprocessing Plant, on the west side of the main building.
• Old Nuclear Technology Specs - Central Yongbyon Reactor, inside the cooling tower under construction. This blueprint may glitch and not appear. If it does, run around the inside of the cooling tower until you pick it up.
• Barrel of Nuclear Waste - Next to the cooling tower at the Yongbyon Refinery.
• European Water Supply List - Next to the cooling tower at the Yongbyon Refinery.
• Vial of Tularemia - In the center of the Yongbyon refinery, between two buildings.
• Death Star Plans - Southeast of Kusong, and west of the Yongbyon reactors, in a valley where the Ten of Spades is located.
• Canister of Tabun - Directly north of the Two of Spades' location, on top of the mountain next to the road.
• Hyperdrive Motivator - Heading east along the road from Chongju, eventually there will be two underground bunkers on the right side of the road; one destroyed, and one preserved. the blueprint is in front of the destroyed bunker.
• Vial of Saxitoxin - Inside the tunnel east of Chongju.
• Vial of Anthrax - In the eastern area of Farm Valley, in front of a house.
• Nuclear Lab Site List - Mafia Outpost, in the northwest area, next to some crates.
• Peacekeeper Specs - Kusong, inside the parking lot opposite the AN HQ>
• Dirty Bomb Specs - Inside the Allied MASH, near the entrance, next to a pile of crates.
• Biological Test Data - Directly west of the Allied Mash, on top of a hill next to the dirt road where two MD-500s are located. The blueprint is near one of the helipads.
• Vial of Plague - Southeast of the Taechon Western Battlefields, next to a bunker in the valley where the Six of Hearts is located.
• Briefcase Nuke Specs - East of the Taechon Western Battlefields, on a hill with a small NK outpost and helipad. The blueprint is next to the bunker.
• Vial of Brucellosis - Northwest section of the Taechon Western Battlefields, on top of a blue dumpster.
• Chemical Test Data - Northwest of the Taechon Western Battlefields, inside an NK outpost with many destroyed train carriages. The blueprint is in front of the bunker.
• Container of Biological Waste - Inside the Taechon Reactor, on the south side, behind the cooling tower.
• Fuel Cask - Inside the Taechon Reactor, on the south side, next to the most southern building.
• Vial of Botulinum Toxin - Along the dirt road heading south from the Sinuiju Farms. It is behind a rock, close to where the fifth contact in '106 Miles to Sinuiju' is located.
• Sea Launched Missile Specs - Inside the outpost southeast of the Sinuiju Farms, next to one of the watch towers.
• Advanced Cruise Missile Specs - Inside the outpost southeast of the Sinuiju Farms, on top of the hill next to building, close to where the codes in 'Manipulate the Data' are found.
• Homing Missile Specs - West side of Sinuiju Harbor, behind the large warehouse.
